Your Swisscom login password doesn't work in mail apps. Bluewin mailboxes use a separate email password that you set yourself in My Swisscom.

Step by step
How to create your email password.
- Sign in to My Swisscom at swisscom.ch/myswisscom.
- Open your products and find your email address.
- Choose its settings and set the email password.
- Use that password in BlueMail with your full Bluewin address.
Using it in BlueMail
Add your Swisscom Bluewin address in BlueMail and enter the password from the steps above where it asks for one — BlueMail fills in the server settings for you. Free on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux.
