Set up neuf.fr
in any email app.

The correct IMAP, POP3 and SMTP settings for neuf.fr. Use these with BlueMail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or any other mail client.

Cette page est aussi disponible en Français

Instead of using neuf.fr's webmail interface, you can use a mobile or desktop email app like BlueMail, Outlook, Apple Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird. Desktop email apps offer more features, faster access and offline reading. Your messages are right there even without a connection.

How to set up neuf.fr in BlueMail

  1. Get BlueMail. Install BlueMail free on iOS, Android, Mac, Windows or Linux, or open web.bluemail.me in your browser.
  2. Add your account. Open BlueMail and tap Add Account, then choose Email.
  3. Sign in with your neuf.fr address. Enter your full neuf.fr email address and password.
  4. Let BlueMail find the settings. BlueMail detects the correct neuf.fr servers automatically. If you're asked to enter them manually, use the settings below: incoming imap.neuf.fr and outgoing smtp.neuf.fr exactly as listed.
  5. Done. Your neuf.fr inbox appears and stays in sync on every device you sign in on.

Your SFR Mail password is separate

neuf.fr mailboxes are part of SFR Mail, and the mail password is not the same as your SFR Espace Client password. If your app won't sign in, reset the mail password itself from SFR Mail rather than the customer account, then use the SFR servers below.
