Instead of using sfr.fr's webmail interface, you can use a mobile or desktop email app like BlueMail, Outlook, Apple Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird. Desktop email apps offer more features, faster access and offline reading. Your messages are right there even without a connection.

How to set up sfr.fr in BlueMail

  1. Get BlueMail. Install BlueMail free on iOS, Android, Mac, Windows or Linux, or open web.bluemail.me in your browser.
  2. Add your account. Open BlueMail and tap Add Account, then choose Email.
  3. Sign in with your sfr.fr address. Enter your full sfr.fr email address and password.
  4. Let BlueMail find the settings. BlueMail detects the correct sfr.fr servers automatically. If you're asked to enter them manually, use the settings below: incoming imap.sfr.fr and outgoing smtp.sfr.fr exactly as listed.
  5. Done. Your sfr.fr inbox appears and stays in sync on every device you sign in on.

Your SFR Mail password is separate

The password for SFR Mail is not the same as your Espace Client password, and changing one doesn't change the other. If your app won't sign in, reset the mail password itself from SFR Mail rather than the customer account. Legacy neuf.fr addresses use the same SFR servers and the same rules.
