By using the BlueMail Mailbox feature, you agree to these Terms of Service. Additionally, you agree to the main BlueMail Terms of Service, which govern your overall use of BlueMail services, including dispute resolution and other general provisions.
Welcome to the BlueMail Mailbox Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of the BlueMail Mailbox feature, an optional service provided by Blix, Inc. (“Blix”, “we”, “us”, “our”), where BlueMail acts as your server-side email provider. By opting to use the BlueMail Mailbox feature, you agree to comply with these Terms in addition to the main BlueMail Terms of Service and the BlueMail Mailbox Privacy Policy.
Service Overview
The BlueMail Mailbox feature enables us to act as your server-side email provider, offering secure storage, management and synchronization of your emails. This feature is optional and requires explicit registration by the user.
Emails, attachments and metadata are securely stored on BlueMail’s hosting provider’s servers to enable functionality, including sending, receiving, synchronization, backup and spam filtering.

Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the BlueMail Mailbox feature. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and maintain the accuracy of your account details.
User Responsibilities
Compliance with Laws

Data Retention
Emails are retained as long as the service is active. Upon deactivation, your data will be deleted according to the retention policy outlined in the BlueMail Mailbox Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, cyberattacks or widespread internet outages. If such an event occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimize its impact on our services.
Termination and Deactivation
Voluntary Deactivation
You may deactivate the BlueMail Mailbox feature at any time through your account settings. Upon deactivation, stored emails will be deleted according to our retention policy outlined in the BlueMail Mailbox Privacy Policy.
Termination by BlueMail
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the BlueMail Mailbox feature for violation of these Terms, misuse of the service or other lawful reasons.
Effects of Termination
Upon termination, access to the BlueMail Mailbox feature will cease, and data will be deleted as outlined in the BlueMail Mailbox Privacy Policy.
Limitations of Liability
Service Availability
The BlueMail Mailbox feature is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the BlueMail Mailbox feature.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Blix harmless from claims, damages or liabilities arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
Modifications to the Terms
Updates
Blix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated through the BlueMail platform or via email.
User Agreement
Continued use of the BlueMail Mailbox feature after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By using the BlueMail Mailbox feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service and the BlueMail Mailbox Privacy Policy.
