How to set up mweb.co.za in BlueMail
- Get BlueMail. Install BlueMail free on iOS, Android, Mac, Windows or Linux, or open web.bluemail.me in your browser.
- Add your account. Open BlueMail and tap Add Account, then choose Email.
- Sign in with your mweb.co.za address. Enter your full mweb.co.za email address and password.
- Let BlueMail find the settings. BlueMail detects the correct mweb.co.za servers automatically. If you're asked to enter them manually, use the settings below: incoming imap.mweb.co.za and outgoing smtp.mweb.co.za exactly as listed.

MWEB is migrating mailboxes — use IMAP and keep a backup
MWEB works with your full @mweb.co.za address and normal password. Be aware that MWEB is migrating its mail platform (rolling into 2026): IMAP users carry over unchanged, but POP users may see all mail download again, and the old Archive, Deleted Items, Briefcase and Tasks folders don't migrate — keep a local backup of anything important. Also: MWEB blocks outgoing port 25 on its network, so always use port 587 as listed below.
