Set up email.it
in any email app.

The correct IMAP, POP3 and SMTP settings for email.it. Use these with BlueMail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or any other mail client.

Questa pagina è disponibile in Italiano

Instead of using email.it's webmail interface, you can use a mobile or desktop email app like BlueMail, Outlook, Apple Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird. Desktop email apps offer more features, faster access and offline reading. Your messages are right there even without a connection.

How to set up email.it in BlueMail

  1. Get BlueMail. Install BlueMail free on iOS, Android, Mac, Windows or Linux, or open web.bluemail.me in your browser.
  2. Add your account. Open BlueMail and tap Add Account, then choose Email.
  3. Sign in with your email.it address. Enter your full email.it email address and password.
  4. Let BlueMail find the settings. BlueMail detects the correct email.it servers automatically. If you're asked to enter them manually, use the settings below: incoming in.email.it and outgoing out.email.it exactly as listed.
  5. Done. Your email.it inbox appears and stays in sync on every device you sign in on.

email.it now requires a paid subscription

email.it ended free mailboxes in 2023, so email apps can only sign in on an active paid account. If your mailbox lapsed, the email.it homepage has a reactivation flow. With a paid account, use the settings below with your normal password.
