How to set up telkomsa.net in BlueMail
- Get BlueMail. Install BlueMail free on iOS, Android, Mac, Windows or Linux, or open web.bluemail.me in your browser.

- Sign in with your telkomsa.net address. Enter your full telkomsa.net email address and password.

Telkom sends only on port 25 — which your network may block
Telkom mail uses your full @telkomsa.net address and normal password — no app password, nothing to enable. Two practical gotchas, though. First, Telkom's outgoing server accepts only port 25 (587 and 465 don't work), and many networks block port 25 — if sending fails away from a Telkom connection, that's why; use Telkom webmail to send, or send through another account's outgoing server. Second, some strict mail apps may show a certificate warning for Telkom's servers (an incomplete certificate chain on their side) even though the certificate itself is valid. Telkom's own help pages lead with mail-backup guides these days — keeping a local backup of a legacy ISP mailbox is wise in any case.
