How to set up rambler.ru in BlueMail
- Get BlueMail. Install BlueMail free on iOS, Android, Mac, Windows or Linux, or open web.bluemail.me in your browser.
- Add your account. Open BlueMail and tap Add Account, then choose Email.
- Sign in with your rambler.ru address. Enter your full rambler.ru email address and password.
- Let BlueMail find the settings. BlueMail detects the correct rambler.ru servers automatically. If you're asked to enter them manually, use the settings below: incoming imap.rambler.ru and outgoing smtp.rambler.ru exactly as listed.
- Done. Your rambler.ru inbox appears and stays in sync on every device you sign in on.
First, allow mail apps in Rambler settings
Rambler blocks mail clients until you allow them: in webmail open Настройки → Программы and switch on access for mail clients (you'll pass an «Я не робот» check). After that your normal password works — unless you use two-factor authentication, in which case create a dedicated mail-protocol password at id.rambler.ru under «Я использую почтовый клиент» and use that instead. These settings cover all Rambler domains, including @lenta.ru and @ro.ru.
