in any email app.

The correct IMAP, POP3 and SMTP settings for T-Online (t-online.de). Use these with BlueMail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or any other mail client.

Diese Seite gibt es auch auf Deutsch

Instead of using t-online.de's webmail interface, you can use a mobile or desktop email app like BlueMail, Outlook, Apple Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird. Desktop email apps offer more features, faster access and offline reading. Your messages are right there even without a connection.

How to set up t-online.de in BlueMail

  1. Get BlueMail. Install BlueMail free on iOS, Android, Mac, Windows or Linux, or open web.bluemail.me in your browser.
  2. Add your account. Open BlueMail and tap Add Account, then choose Email.
  3. Sign in with your t-online.de address. Enter your full t-online.de email address and password.
  4. Let BlueMail find the settings. BlueMail detects the correct t-online.de servers automatically. If you're asked to enter them manually, use the settings below: incoming secureimap.t-online.de and outgoing securesmtp.t-online.de exactly as listed.
  5. Done. Your t-online.de inbox appears and stays in sync on every device you sign in on.

First, create a Telekom password for email apps

Telekom requires a dedicated password for email programs. Your Telekom login password won't work in apps, which is the most common reason sign-in fails. Log in at email.t-online.de, open Menü, then Einstellungen, choose Passwörter and set the E-Mail-Passwort für E-Mail-Programme. Use that password in BlueMail with your full t-online.de address.
