BlueMail benzersiz bir yeteneği Embeds to detect not only connection to the network, but also actual network performance and specifically connectivity to your mail providers. So, you may have internet but still not be able to access your email or send emails.
Here are a few common solutions that often resolve these issues:
- Switch your network between WiFi and cellular/data or vice versa.
- Restart your phone.
- Update your password in BlueMail
To manage your folders, follow these steps:
- Tap Settings
- Tap Accounts
- Tap your account
- Tap Folder Management
- Tap Folder Mapping
To change the folder mapping, tap the folder you wish to map from, and select the folder you wish to map to.
Your mapping should match the folders your provider’s web client is using to ensure your sync is performed correctly. For example, you should map your Spam Folder to the Spam folder on your web client.
Emails that you archive, delete, or send in BlueMail will be placed in the corresponding named folder for later access on your web client and vice versa.
Note: Folder mapping is applied only to IMAP and Exchange protocols and not to POP3.
