Settings | Global Settings | Advanced Features | Enable GemAI — turn it Off.

That one switch governs BlueMail's whole AI family, so the features that build on it go with it: the How to Use GemAI Hub, the Writer and proofreader and mentioning @gemai in a conversation. Turning it back on restores all of them.
