First Day of the Week lets you choose which day starts your week in BlueMail's calendar views. Different countries use different first days - Sunday is common in the US, Monday in Europe and Saturday in some Middle Eastern countries. Setting this to match your preference makes the calendar feel natural and familiar.

How to Find

  1. Open BlueMail
  2. Tap the menu icon to open the sidebar
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Calendar Settings
  5. Find the First Day of the Week option

How to Use

  1. Navigate to Calendar Settings as described above
  2. Tap on First Day of the Week
  3. Select your preferred day from the list
  4. The calendar views will immediately update to start on your chosen day

Troubleshooting

Calendar not starting on the correct day

  • Verify your selection in Calendar Settings
  • Close and reopen the calendar view
  • Restart the app if the change does not take effect

Work days appearing in unexpected order

  • Work days are sorted based on the first day of the week
  • Adjust the first day of week setting to change the sort order

Setting not available

  • Ensure you have the latest version of BlueMail
  • Check that you are in Calendar Settings, not general Settings

Want the same setting on other devices

  • This setting does not sync between devices
  • Configure it separately on each device based on your preference
