The Undo Send Delay gives you a safety window after tapping send. If you notice a mistake or change your mind, you can tap Undo to stop the email from being sent. Choose how long you want this window to last, from 5 to 30 seconds.
How to Find
- Open BlueMail
- Tap the menu icon
- Tap Settings
- Tap Advanced
- Look for Undo Send Delay
How to Use
- Navigate to Settings > Advanced
- Tap Undo Send Delay
- Select your preferred delay duration
- When you send an email, a notification appears with an Undo button
- Tap Undo within the time window to cancel sending

Tips
- Start with 5 or 10 seconds to get used to the feature
- Increase the delay if you often catch mistakes after hitting send
- The countdown shows how much time you have left
- Your email is held on your device during the delay, then sent automatically
- This setting syncs across your devices
Troubleshooting
I do not see the Undo option after sending
- Check that Undo Send Delay is not set to Off
- The notification may appear at the bottom of the screen
I tapped Undo but the email still sent
- The delay may have expired before you tapped Undo
- Try increasing your delay duration
The email disappeared after I tapped Undo
- Your email returns to draft mode so you can edit and resend
- Check your Drafts folder if you do not see the compose screen
I closed the app during the delay
- The email will still be sent after the delay expires
- To cancel, you must tap Undo before the time runs out
