Granular control for each of your connected email addresses.
Configuration
Go to Settings > Account Settings and select an account.
General Info
- Account Name: How this account appears inside BlueMail (e.g., "Work" or "Main Gmail").
- Account Color: The color of the icon in the sidebar.
- Description: An optional text note for your own reference.
Advanced Setup
- Server Settings: Update your Incoming (IMAP/POP) and Outgoing (SMTP) server details, passwords and ports.
- Sync Options: Choose which folders to sync and how far back to download history.
- Delete Policy: Decide if deleting in BlueMail should also delete on the server or just archive.
Formatting
- BCC Yourself: Automatically send a blind copy of all outgoing mail to yourself.
- Identity (Aliases): Manage different "From" addresses for the same account.
[!TIP] Use distinct Account Colors for each mailbox to avoid accidentally sending work emails from your personal address!
