Clear Cache
What is it?
Clearing the cache deletes temporary data like stored email bodies, attachments and profile photos.
Why use it?
- Speed: If the app feels sluggish.
- Storage: If BlueMail is taking up too much space on your device.
- Sync Issues: If an email isn't loading correctly, clearing the cache forces it to redownload from the server.
How to do it
Go to Settings > Global Settings > Advanced > Clear Cache. Tap Yes to confirm.
Language Settings
- Change Locale: Override your device's system language and choose a specific language for BlueMail only.
Sound & Feedback
- Send Message Sound: Toggle the "whoosh" sound when an email is successfully sent.
- Disable Audio: Completely silence all app sounds.
[!CAUTION] Clearing the cache will NOT delete your emails from the server. However, it will require you to stay online for a few moments while the app redownloads your message headings.
