Troubleshooting
Emails are disappearing from my list after I read them
- This is expected if the setting is turned on and you are using the Unread filter
- Turn off the setting if you want read emails to stay visible
- Or switch to the "All" filter to see all emails regardless of read status
I turned this on but emails are not disappearing
- Make sure you are viewing the Unread filter, not the All filter
- Try refreshing your inbox by pulling down
I accidentally read an email and it disappeared
- Swipe to access the email actions and mark it as unread
- It will reappear in your Unread filter view
