Troubleshooting
The reply bar is not showing at the bottom of emails
Make sure Reply Bar is set to Modern. If it is set to Classic, replies open in a separate window instead.
I cannot find the attachment button
In Modern mode, tap the plus (+) icon in the reply bar to access attachments and other options. In Classic mode, attachments are in the compose toolbar.
The reply bar takes up too much space
You can minimize the reply bar by tapping outside of it. Consider switching to Classic mode if you prefer more reading space.
AI features are not appearing in the reply bar
AI writing assistance (Gem) must be enabled separately in Settings. Check that the Gem feature is turned on.
