Open Compose, या एक reply, and look at the bottom-left of the compose toolbar:

  • The पेन with "AI" opens GemAI Writer in generate mode.
  • The lines with a checkmark opens it in proofread mode.

दोनों तब प्रकट होते हैं जब GemAI चालू/स्विच ऑन हो, under Settings | Global Settings | Advanced Features | Enable GemAI.

Draft a new email

  1. Tap the Writer (pen) icon.
  2. Type a few words describing what you want to say — एक पूरा वाक्य ज़रूरी नहीं है।
  3. Tap the arrow और ड्राफ़्ट को अपने आप टाइप होते देखने के लिए प्रतीक्षा करें।
  4. Tap Use to drop it into your message, or Regenerate () for a different version.

GemAI fills in the Subject as well as the body. If the draft addresses someone by name, BlueMail substitutes the real name as it goes in, so a [name] or [recipient] placeholder becomes your recipient automatically. Add the recipient before tapping Use and there is nothing left to edit; write to nobody in particular and the placeholder stays put for you to fill in yourself.

Proofread what you wrote

  1. Write your message as usual.
  2. Tap the Proofread icon — the one with the checkmark.
  3. Read the corrected version and tap Use to replace your text.

Proofreading is non-destructive: you can retry or close the sheet without changing anything you wrote.

Change the length, tone or language

Tap the sliders icon inside the GemAI Writer sheet for:

विकल्पचयन
LengthDefault, Shorter, Longer
ToneDefault, Formal, Conversational, Respectful, Informal, Motivating, Exciting, Cautionary, Friendly, Serious, Optimistic
EmojiNone, One, A Few
LanguageThe language the draft is written in — also on the flag in the sheet header

Replying with the thread as context

When you generate a draft inside a reply, a switch labeled Refer to sender's email lets GemAI read the message you are answering first, so the reply matches what was already said. Switch it off — the label then reads Refer to sender's email (not included) — if you want the draft written from your prompt alone.

Summarize an email you received

Open the email and tap the GemAI icon in the mail view for a short summary of the message, so you can see what it says without reading all of it.

If the buttons aren't there

  • Check Enable GemAI under Settings | Global Settings | Advanced Features — it may be switched off.
  • Some managed or company accounts have GemAI disabled by an administrator.
  • "You've Hit Your Daily Limit" means you have used the daily allowance that applies across all GemAI actions. It resets the next day, or upgrade to remove the limit.
