What is Threading?

Threading (or Conversations) automatically bundles emails with the same subject line into a single entry in your inbox.

Why use it?

It prevents your inbox from being cluttered by back-and-forth replies and allows you to see the entire history of a discussion in one view.

How to Configure

Go to Settings > Global Settings > Conversations.

• Enable Conversations: Toggle this on to see threads. If off, every email will appear as a separate line.
• Sort Inside Conversations: Choose whether the newest message appears at the top or bottom of the thread.
• Mark as Read Behavior: Choose if opening a thread marks all messages as read or only the one you clicked on.

[!NOTE] BlueMail uses advanced heuristics to ensure that even if subject lines change slightly (e.g., "Re: " vs "Fwd: "), related messages remain grouped.
