Настройката определя кой да получава вашето отговор when you respond to an email that was sent to multiple people. When enabled, your reply automatically goes to everyone who was on the original email. When disabled, your reply goes only to the person who sent the email.
This saves you time by automatically choosing the most common reply behavior you prefer, so you do not have to manually select "Reply All" or "Reply" each time.
How to Find
- Open BlueMail
- Tap the menu icon
- Tap Settings
- Tap Advanced
- Find Default Reply All
How to Use
- Navigate to Settings > Advanced
- Locate the Default Reply All option
- Tap the switch to enable or disable the feature
- On: Replies go to all recipients by default
- Off: Replies go only to the sender by default
Options Explained
| Option | Behavior |
|---|---|
| On (Default) | When you tap reply, your message is addressed to the sender AND all other recipients (CC'd people) from the original email |
| Off | When you tap reply, your message is addressed only to the original sender |
Tips
- Even with this setting on, you can always manually change recipients before sending
- For emails sent only to you (no other recipients), this setting has no effect
- This setting syncs across all your devices, so you only need to set it once
- If you frequently respond to group emails, keeping this enabled saves time
- If you often reply privately to senders, consider disabling this setting
Troubleshooting
My replies are still going to everyone even though I turned this off
- Make sure you saved the setting change
- Restart the app if the change does not take effect immediately
- Check if you are using the reply button (not the Reply All button from the action menu)
The setting keeps reverting
- This setting syncs across devices. Check if another device might be changing it back
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection for settings to sync properly
