BlueMail includes a built-in chat feature for real-time messaging with contacts.
Overview
The Chat feature allows you to communicate with other BlueMail users in real-time, separate from traditional email conversations.

Messaging
- Real-time messaging: Send and receive messages instantly
- Read receipts: See when messages are delivered and read (tick indicators)
- Typing indicators: See when contacts are typing
- Message history: Access previous conversations
Media Support
- Photo attachments: Take photos or choose from library
- Video support: Share video content
- File sharing: Upload and share files
Message Actions
- Copy text: Long-press to copy message content
- Copy links: Copy links from messages
- Context menu: Right-click (desktop) for additional options
Accessing Chat
- Navigate to Settings > Groups & Contacts
- Select a contact
- Tap the chat icon to start a conversation

- From the main app, access the Chat tab
- Select an existing conversation or start a new one
