Configure your BlueMail username and Magic Sync settings.
Overview
Your BlueMail username is a unique identifier used for:
- Cross-device synchronization via Magic Sync
- Identifying your account across BlueMail services
- Chat and messaging features
Accessing Username Settings
Settings > My Profiles > Username
Options
Username Display
If you already have a username:
- Your current username is displayed
- Username cannot be changed once set
Get Username
If you don't have a username:
- Tap Get Username to create one
- This will open the Magic Sync setup flow
Magic Sync
- Access Magic Sync configuration
- Sync your settings across devices
- Manage connected devices
Creating a Username
- Navigate to Settings > My Profiles > Username
- Tap Get Username
- Follow the Magic Sync setup wizard
- Choose a unique username
- Complete verification if required
Requirements
- Username must be unique across BlueMail
- Cannot be changed after creation
- Used for Magic Sync device pairing
