If Microsoft shows Need admin approval (or Approval required) when you add or update a work or school Microsoft 365 (Office 365) account, your organization only allows mail apps that an administrator has approved. An administrator approves BlueMail once, for everyone: if that isn't you, send them this page.
- Open BlueMail's approval link in a private (incognito or InPrivate) browser window, so the administrator doesn't stay signed in to Microsoft afterwards.
- Sign in with your organization's own Global Administrator or Cloud Application Administrator account. Sign in here, not with Have an admin account? Sign in with that account on Microsoft's screen: that adds the administrator's mailbox to BlueMail instead.
- Microsoft lists the permissions BlueMail needs for mail, calendar and contacts. Select Accept.
- A BlueMail page opens and confirms that BlueMail is approved for your organization.
- In BlueMail, add your account again.
