Apa itu Folder Junk/Spam?

Emails from senders or domains that are blocked within BlueMail, or marked as spam by your email provider, are moved out of your Inbox into your account's spam folder.

Satu Folder, atas Nama Penyedia Anda

There is only ever one such folder, and its name comes from your email provider, not from BlueMail. BlueMail shows you the provider's own folder, under the provider's own name, so what you see in the Folder Drawer depends on who hosts your mail:

  • Gmail and Google Workspace — Spam
  • Outlook.com, Hotmail and Live — Junk Email
  • Yahoo — Bulk Mail
  • Many other IMAP providers — Junk

Your provider may show its name translated into your own language, so treat the names above as the English originals rather than the exact text on your screen.

So if you went looking for a Junk folder dan a Spam folder, you will only ever find one of them. Which one depends on your provider, and an account on a different provider will show a different name for the same thing.

BlueMail decides which of your folders to treat as the spam folder, and you can check or change that under Folder Mapping — see How can I Map my Folders to match my Provider?.

Menampilkan Folders Spam Anda

You can view your folders in BlueMail by following these steps:

  1. Ketuk avatar akun Anda di pojok kiri atas layar — Folder Drawer terbuka.
  2. Di bawah Main Folders, pilih folder spam — ia membawa nama penyedia Anda untuknya.
Avatar akun → Laci folder → Spam

Di Desktop, klik menu burger di sudut kiri atas untuk membuka Folder Drawer, lalu pilih folder yang sama.
