Troubleshooting

I am not receiving push notifications

  • Check that Sync Services is enabled
  • Verify that push notifications are enabled in your device settings
  • Ensure you have an active internet connection

My settings are not syncing between devices

  • Confirm Sync Services is enabled on all devices
  • Make sure all devices are signed in to the same account
  • Check that each device has an active internet connection

I disabled Sync Services and some features stopped working

  • This is expected behavior; some features require cloud connectivity
  • Re-enable Sync Services to restore full functionality

The app seems slower with Sync Services disabled

  • Without cloud sync, some operations may use local processing only
  • Re-enable Sync Services for optimal performance

I want to save battery or data

  • You can disable Sync Services to reduce background activity
  • Note that this will affect push notifications and sync features
  • Consider adjusting sync frequency instead for a balance of features and battery life
