Multi Edit Actions lets you customize which action buttons appear when you select multiple emails at once. You can choose which actions are available and arrange them in your preferred order, making bulk email management faster and more efficient.
How to Find
- Open BlueMail
- Tap the menu icon
- Tap Settings
- Tap Customize Swipe Menus
- Tap Configure Multi Edit Actions
How to Use
- Navigate to Configure Multi Edit Actions
- View the list of current actions in your toolbar
- To reorder actions:
- Press and hold an action
- Drag it to your preferred position
- Release to place it
- To add an action:
- Tap the add button
- Select the action you want to add
- To remove an action:
- Tap the remove button next to the action
- Changes are saved automatically
Options Explained
Common actions you can include:

Tips
- Place your most-used actions at the beginning for quick access
- Keep only the actions you regularly use to avoid a cluttered toolbar
- Consider your workflow when arranging actions - put related actions near each other
Troubleshooting
My custom actions are not showing
- Make sure you saved your changes
- Close and reopen the email list
- Try restarting the app
I removed all actions and now the toolbar is empty
- Go back to Configure Multi Edit Actions
- Add the actions you need
- The app should restore default actions if the toolbar is empty
An action is not available
- Some actions may not be available for all email account types
- Verify your account supports the action you want to add
