Ensuring Full IMAP Folder Visibility in BlueMail

Dieser Inhalt ist noch nicht in deiner Sprache verfügbar.

BlueMail displays all IMAP folders from your account exactly as they are organized on your Provider's Server.

If you notice a missing folder in BlueMail that is present on your Provider's Server, it may require enabling for IMAP access.

For guidance on this, see how to enable Gmail's Labels/Folders for IMAP.

BlueMail has no rules of its own for sorting mail by subject, body text or sender domain into particular folders. Its sender-level controls are the Block List and the Spam Filter. For conditional rules like those, use your provider's webmail — they run on the server, before BlueMail sees the message, and BlueMail then shows whichever folder the mail landed in. See Auto-forwarding emails for the same point about forwarding.
