How to Open Settings in BlueMail

Ez a tartalom még nem érhető el a jelenlegi nyelven.

Many articles in this help center start with a path like Settings | Accounts | … or Settings | Global Settings | … This page shows where Settings itself lives in the BlueMail mobile app.

Open Settings

From your mail list, tap (More) at the far right of the bottom bar — it is the last of the five bottom-bar icons. The screen that opens is titled Settings, and it is where every Settings | … path in this help center starts.

There are also two shortcuts to Settings at the top of the mail list:

  • Tap your account name at the top-left to open the account picker, then tap Settings.
  • Tap the 3-dot menu at the top-right of the mail list, then tap Settings — see the top-bar icons.

What is on the Settings screen

  • My Profiles — the banner at the very top, showing your account avatars rather than sitting in the list. Tap it for your per-account profile: photo, display name, and other details.
  • Global Settings — options that apply to the whole app; see Global Settings.
  • Accounts — your account list and per-account options (see below).
  • Notifications — each account's notification status and options; see Not Receiving Push Notifications?
  • People — see Creating and Removing a Group.
  • Signature — see How do I set my own Signature?
  • Privacy & Security
  • MagicSync — see Moving BlueMail to a New Phone or Computer.
  • Add-onsiOS only; it is not present on Android or desktop.
  • Calendar appears here only on a tablet. On a phone it lives inside Global Settings — see Calendar.
  • A Support section with Help Center, Send Feedback, and About.

Settings | Accounts vs Settings | Global Settings

These two rows are easy to mix up:

  • Settings | Accounts holds everything tied to one email address. It lists each account you have added — tap an address to change that account's own settings, such as its name, description, and color — plus Accounts status (what the statuses mean), Add Account, and Re-order Accounts (how re-ordering works).
  • Settings | Global Settings holds options that apply across the whole app, whichever account you are using: Customize Appearance, Customize Menus, Calendar, BlueMail App Icon, Conversations, Clusters, Lock Screen (Passcode), Advanced Features, and Offline Storage. Global Settings describes each one.

Older articles and support replies sometimes write the first path as Settings | Account Settings. That is the same screen — in the current app it is titled Accounts.
