The Smart Send Bar is a helpful indicator that appears at the top of your inbox showing emails that are waiting for your reply. It helps you stay on top of important conversations by highlighting messages that may need your attention. In your Outbox, it shows pending messages waiting to be sent.
How to Find
- Open BlueMail
- Tap the menu icon
- Tap Settings
- Tap Advanced
- Find Smart Send Bar
How to Use
- Navigate to the Advanced settings screen
- Locate the Smart Send Bar option
- Tap to select your preferred display option
- The change takes effect immediately

Troubleshooting
The Smart Send Bar is not appearing
- Check that the setting is set to "Header" in Advanced Settings
- The bar only appears when you have unreplied emails
- Make sure you are not viewing the Outbox folder (it shows different information there)
The unreplied count seems incorrect
- The count reflects conversations that BlueMail has identified as awaiting your response
- Try refreshing your inbox to update the count
- The count excludes messages you have already replied to
I changed the setting but it did not sync to my other device
- Ensure both devices are connected to the internet
- Check that you are signed in to the same account on both devices
- Try manually refreshing settings on the other device
