Emails from senders or domains that are blocked within BlueMail, or marked as spam by your email provider, are moved out of your Inbox into your account's spam folder.
Jedno folder, pod nazwą Twojego dostawcy
There is only ever one such folder, and its name comes from your email provider, not from BlueMail. BlueMail shows you the provider's own folder, under the provider's own name, so what you see in the Folder Drawer depends on who hosts your mail:
- Gmail i Google Workspace — Spam
- Outlook.com, Hotmail i Live — Junk Email
- Yahoo — Bulk Mail
- Wiele innych IMAP dostawców — Junk
Your provider may show its name translated into your own language, so treat the names above as the English originals rather than the exact text on your screen.
So if you went looking for a Junk folder and a Spam folder, you will only ever find one of them. Which one depends on your provider, and an account on a different provider will show a different name for the same thing.
BlueMail decides which of your folders to treat as the spam folder, and you can check or change that under Folder Mapping — see How can I Map my Folders to match my Provider?.
Wyświetlanie Twojego folderu Spam
Możesz przeglądać swoje foldery w BlueMail wykonując następujące kroki:
- Dotknij awatara konta w lewym górnym rogu ekranu — otwiera się Folder Drawer.
- W sekcji Główne foldery wybierz folder spamowy — nosi on nazwę twojego dostawcy.
Na komputerze, kliknij menu hamburgera w lewym górnym rogu, aby otworzyć Folder Drawer, a następnie wybierz ten sam folder.
