Aplicar acciones a todo Cluster

This setting determines whether actions like delete, archive or move apply to all emails in a grouped conversation (cluster) or just the one you selected. When turned on, taking action on a cluster affects every email in that group.

How to Find

  1. Open BlueMail
  2. Tap the menu icon
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Clusters
  5. Find Perform Operations on Clusters

How to Use

  1. Navigate to the Clusters settings screen
  2. Locate the Perform Operations on Clusters switch
  3. Tap the switch to change the behavior
    • On (default): Actions affect all messages in the cluster
    • Off: Actions only affect the single message you select

Options Explained

OptionBehavior
OnDelete, archive, move and other actions apply to all messages in the cluster
OffActions only apply to the individual message, leaving other cluster messages untouched

Tips

  • Keep this on for efficient inbox management - clean up entire conversations at once
  • Turn it off if you need to selectively manage individual messages within threads
  • Combine with Confirm Cluster Operation for an extra safety check before bulk actions
  • This setting syncs across your devices automatically

Troubleshooting

I deleted a cluster but some messages are still there

  • This setting may be turned off, causing only individual messages to be deleted
  • Turn the setting on and try the operation again on the remaining messages

I only wanted to delete one message but the whole thread disappeared

  • This setting is probably on - turn it off if you need per-message control
  • Check your Trash folder to recover the deleted messages

Some actions are grayed out on clusters

  • Certain actions like Block may be unavailable for clusters depending on your settings
  • Try the action on an individual message instead

Changes are not syncing to my other devices

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Try closing and reopening BlueMail on both devices
