This setting determines whether actions like delete, archive or move apply to all emails in a grouped conversation (cluster) or just the one you selected. When turned on, taking action on a cluster affects every email in that group.

| Off | Actions only apply to the individual message, leaving other cluster messages untouched |
Tips
- Keep this on for efficient inbox management - clean up entire conversations at once
- Turn it off if you need to selectively manage individual messages within threads
- Combine with Confirm Cluster Operation for an extra safety check before bulk actions
- This setting syncs across your devices automatically
Troubleshooting
I deleted a cluster but some messages are still there
- This setting may be turned off, causing only individual messages to be deleted
- Turn the setting on and try the operation again on the remaining messages
I only wanted to delete one message but the whole thread disappeared
- This setting is probably on - turn it off if you need per-message control
- Check your Trash folder to recover the deleted messages
Some actions are grayed out on clusters
- Certain actions like Block may be unavailable for clusters depending on your settings
- Try the action on an individual message instead
Changes are not syncing to my other devices
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Try closing and reopening BlueMail on both devices
