Troubleshooting

I am not receiving notifications

  1. Verify push services are enabled in BlueMail Settings
  2. Check your device notification settings to ensure BlueMail is allowed to send notifications
  3. On Android, check battery optimization settings - BlueMail may need to be excluded from battery optimization
  4. Ensure you have a stable internet connection

Notifications are delayed

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. On Android, verify BlueMail is excluded from battery optimization
  3. Some email providers may have inherent delays in push delivery

Push services keep turning off This may be caused by battery optimization or device power saving modes. Add BlueMail to your battery optimization exceptions.
