One subscription covers BlueMail on all your devices. Here's how to activate it and confirm it worked.
Step 1: Use the same email account
The account you're signed in to in BlueMail must be the same one you used to buy the BlueMail+ subscription. If you bought it with a different address, add that account to BlueMail or sign in with it.
Step 2: Check for Manage Subscription
- Open BlueMail and go to Settings.
- Tap My Profiles at the top.
- Look for Manage Subscription.
If you see Manage Subscription, your subscription is active. The row only appears on an account with BlueMail+, so its presence is the confirmation, there's nothing else to switch on. Your BlueMail+ features are available on every device you sign in to with that account.
Viewing your plan or cancelling
Tapping Manage Subscription opens your BlueMail+ page, listing what the plan includes. At the bottom, Manage Subscription, View your subscription details or cancel hands off to wherever you bought the subscription: Google Play on Android, the App Store on iOS, or the billing portal if you subscribed on the web.
For the cancellation steps and the refund policy for each of those, see How to Cancel Your BlueMail+ Plan.
Don't see Manage Subscription?
Then BlueMail isn't seeing the subscription on this account. Check you're signed in with the exact address you purchased with, then email support@bluemail.me, tell us that address and where you bought it.
