Gem (Generative Email) AI is an AI-based feature designed to help users summarize emails and write emails in a faster and more efficient way.
If you wish to disable GemAI, please follow these steps:
Settings | Global Settings | Advanced Features | Enable GemAI — turn it Off.

That one switch governs BlueMail's whole AI family, so the features that build on it go with it: the How to Use GemAI Hub, the Writer and proofreader, mentioning @gemai in a conversation and, on iOS 26 and later, Morning Brief. Turning it back on restores all of them.
