How to Configure the App Icon Counter (Badge)?

Tämä sisältö ei ole vielä saatavilla valitsemallasi kielellä.

BlueMail can display an unread message count badge on the app icon.

The ability to display a badge/dot on the app icon depends on the "launcher" used by your device, as well as your Android version and your device's ROM. BlueMail supports an App Icon Counter for the native launchers of many devices, as well as some popular third-party launchers (like Nova/Tesla, and Apex). If your device doesn't show a badge, see alternatives to the native icon badge.

To configure the App Icon Counter, go to Settings | Global Settings | BlueMail App Icon | App Icon Counter (Badge).

If your launcher supports the badge, you'll have access to:

  1. Display Intelligent Counter (recommended) — When enabled, only new unread emails received since you last opened the app are counted. When disabled, all unread emails in your inbox are counted.
  2. Select Specific Account — By default, the Unified Inbox is used to calculate the badge count. Choose this option to use a specific account instead.
  3. Reinitialize Unread Counter — If the badge isn't reflecting the current unread count accurately, tap this to recalibrate it.
