BlueMail lets you control how much email data is stored offline on your device and how attachments are downloaded.
To access Offline Storage settings, go to Settings | Global Settings | Offline Storage.
Offline Emails - Days to Sync
Set how far back emails are synced for offline access, configurable per folder type:
- Inbox — applies to your inbox.
- Sent — applies to your sent folder.
- Other Folders — applies to all other folders.
Available options for each: 1 Day, 3 Days, 5 Days, 1 Week, 2 Weeks, 1 Month, 3 Months, Unlimited.
Other Options
- Show Sync Reminder at the Bottom of the Email List — Displays a reminder when emails are not fully synced.
- Auto Download Messages up to — Automatically downloads message content up to a set size limit. Options: Disabled, 50KB, 100KB, 200KB, 512KB, 1MB, 10MB, Unlimited.
- On WiFi Download Will Start Automatically — When enabled, message content downloads automatically when connected to WiFi.
