With BlueMail you can set the polling time by following these steps: Settings | Notifications | [select the account] | Push or Fetch | Frequent Fetch, then choose how often you wish to check for new emails.
Available intervals: 3 Minutes, 5 Minutes, 15 Minutes, Hourly, 3 Hours, 6 Hours, 12 Hours.
