The Signature Generator builds your email signature from your details. It's available in BlueMail on all platforms, mobile and desktop, and it's off until you turn it on.
- Go to Settings | Global Settings.
- Tap Advanced Features.
- Scroll down and turn on Signature Generator. Don't see it? Update BlueMail.
- Go back to Settings, tap Signature, then pick your account.
- Tap Generate a signature. If you have a signature you wrote yourself, copy it first: going back with Write my own instead starts from an empty one.
- Fill in your details, pick a layout and watch your signature build as you go.
- Tap See it in a message to check how it looks in a new message, a reply, a message to a colleague and while you're away.
Changes save as you go, and your signature is added to your new messages. Each account has its own, so repeat steps 4 to 7 for any other account.
To change it later, tap Edit in the generator on the account's Signature screen. To drop the small BlueMail line at the end, turn off Signature footer there.
