The Later Board keeps track of every email you've marked Reply Later, so nothing gets lost in your inbox while you're not ready to deal with it yet.
To open the Later Board:
- Tap the Dashboard tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the Tasks card.
The board has three columns:
- Today — emails you've just marked Reply Later.
- Later — emails set aside for another day.
- Done — emails you've finished handling.
Emails are sorted automatically in the order you chose to handle them. Drag a card to the top of its column, or between columns, to reorder or reschedule it. Once you've dealt with an email, drag it into Done, or select it and tap Archive to remove it from the board.
