Предпросмотр сервиса писем

This setting controls whether automated emails like newsletters, shipping notifications and promotional messages show preview text in your inbox list. Hiding previews for service emails helps them take up less space and makes your personal emails stand out more in your inbox.

How to Find

  1. Open BlueMail
  2. Tap the menu icon
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Customize Appearance
  5. Find the Show Preview for Service Emails option

How to Use

  1. Navigate to the Show Preview for Service Emails setting
  2. Tap the switch to change the setting:
    • Switch ON: Service emails show preview text like regular emails
    • Switch OFF: Service emails appear more compact without previews
  3. Your inbox list updates to reflect the change

Options Explained

Tips

  • Hiding service email previews makes personal emails easier to spot

  • Combine with email preview line settings for full control over inbox density

Troubleshooting

Some newsletters still show previews

  • BlueMail may not detect all automated emails as services
  • The classification is automatic and may not be perfect for all senders

Personal emails are not showing previews

  • Make sure your main "Show Preview" setting is enabled
  • This setting only affects emails classified as services

I want to see previews for some services but not others

  • Currently, the setting applies to all service emails
  • Consider using folders or filters to organize service emails separately

Setting does not sync to desktop

  • The setting syncs as "Preview Line for Service Emails" on desktop
  • Check that both apps are signed in and syncing
