Your watch shows BlueMail alerts because it mirrors your phone's notifications — the watch OS decides which apps get forwarded, not BlueMail. (BlueMail's own Android Wear–specific notification settings were retired some time ago.) So the switch you're looking for lives in your watch's companion app, and flipping it there silences the watch without touching the alerts on your phone.
Wear OS (Pixel Watch and others)
- On your phone, open the watch's companion app (Pixel Watch app, or the Wear OS app for other watches).
- Go to Notifications (on some versions: Watch preferences → Notifications).
- In the list of apps allowed to alert the watch, turn BlueMail off.
Samsung Galaxy Watch
- On your phone, open Galaxy Wearable.
- Go to Watch settings → Notifications.
- Under App notifications, turn BlueMail off.
Apple Watch
- On your iPhone, open the Watch app.
- On the My Watch tab, tap Notifications.
- Scroll to Mirror iPhone Alerts From and turn BlueMail off.
Menu names can vary a little between watch models and software versions, but the shape is the same everywhere: companion app → notifications → per-app list → BlueMail off.
