If you've paid for Premium but BlueMail still shows your account as blocked or expired, it's almost always a delay in confirming the purchase rather than a failed payment. A few checks usually clear it up.
Common causes
- The app hasn't re-checked your purchase yet — BlueMail may not have refreshed your receipt since the payment went through.
- Signed into a different account — if you're signed into a different Google or Apple account than the one you used to buy Premium, that device won't see the purchase.
Try these steps
- Sign out of your BlueMail account and sign back in.
- If that doesn't help, fully close and restart the app.
These steps prompt BlueMail to re-check your entitlement rather than relying on cached status.
If it's still blocked
Contact support@bluemail.me with:
- Your purchase receipt or order ID.
- Which store you purchased through (Google Play, Apple App Store, or another billing method).
This lets support verify the payment directly and unblock your account.
