If you want emails sent to one account to automatically forward to another, this is set up on your email provider's side rather than inside BlueMail itself.
That is good news for reliability. Because the rule lives on your provider's servers, it runs around the clock — your mail keeps forwarding when your phone is off, out of battery, or BlueMail is closed, which a rule inside an app could never guarantee. You set it once in your provider's webmail and BlueMail simply receives the results.
Set up forwarding in Gmail (example)
- Sign in to your Gmail account from a desktop or web browser.
- Go to Settings | See all settings.
- Open the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
- Click Create a new filter, enter the criteria for the emails you want forwarded, and click Create filter.
- Check Forward to and choose (or add) the destination address.
Other providers (Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, etc.) offer similar forwarding options in their own webmail settings, usually under a Filters, Rules, or Forwarding section.
After forwarding is set up
Once forwarding is configured on the provider's side, forwarded messages will simply arrive as normal incoming mail in the destination account — including in BlueMail, if that account is added there. No extra setup is needed inside the app.
