Emails from senders or domains that are blocked within BlueMail, or marked as spam by your email provider, will be sent to the Junk Folder. This folder is also known as the Spam or Bulk folder.
Viewing Your Junk/Spam Folder
You can view your folders in BlueMail by following these steps:
- Tap your account avatar at the top-left of the screen — the Folder Drawer opens.
- Choose the Junk / Spam folder.
On Desktop, click the top-left burger menu to open the Folder Drawer, then select the Junk / Spam folder.
