Is BlueMail+ Account-Specific? Why Plus Is Missing on a New Account

Esta página aún no está disponible en tu idioma.

BlueMail+ (Premium) is licensed to your BlueMail profile — the email address you used when you purchased it. Once that profile is signed in, Plus applies to the whole app: every account you add, work accounts included, gets the Plus features. You don't buy Plus per mailbox.

So why is Plus missing on my newly added account?

Because on that installation, the profile that holds the license isn't signed in. This is the classic case: you set up a device (or a fresh install) with your work address only, while your Plus license lives on your personal address — the app has no way to know you're a Plus user.

The fix

  1. Add or sign in with the address you purchased Plus with, alongside the work account.
  2. Check the status under Settings | BlueMail+ — it should show your plan as active. If it doesn't, choose Enter License Key and use the key from your purchase confirmation email.
  3. Still not active? See Activating Your BlueMail+ Subscription, or Why Is My Premium Account Blocked? if you've recently paid.

If you'd rather the license live on a different address — say, move it from a personal mailbox you're retiring to the one you use daily — the support team can move it: see How Do I Transfer My Premium Subscription?.
