What are the Icons on the Bottom Bar of the List View?

The bottom bar of the inbox has these tabs:

• Mail — opens your email list.
• PIM — opens Tasks, Contacts, Screener, and a Calendar shortcut.
• Compose — create a new email.
• Calendar — opens the Integrated Calendar.
• More — additional options.
