Tap or click the search bar above the email list and start typing. Results appear instantly as you type.
How Search Works
- Search is scoped to the folder you are currently viewing.
- Results include both emails stored on your device and emails on the server.
- Search scans subject, body, and recipient fields.
Selecting and Acting on Results
- Tap or click any result to open it.
- To act on multiple emails, long press (mobile) or use multi-select (desktop) to enter multi-edit mode — then delete, move, or mark as read in bulk.
