How to Compress Images on BlueMail when Sending as Attachment?

Sending large image attachments can be cumbersome, especially when they exceed certain size limits. BlueMail provides a feature to compress these images, making your email sending process smoother and more efficient.

When you send an email with an image attachment larger than 500kb, BlueMail shows a message size warning and lets you scale the image down. You can choose to compress the image to Small, Medium, or keep it at its Actual Size. This option helps in reducing the file size of the image while maintaining a balance between quality and size.

To enable this feature, go to Settings | Global Settings | Advanced Features, find Ask to adjust images before sending, and toggle it On.

Activating this feature ensures that your emails with image attachments are optimized for size without sacrificing necessary quality.
