Every email account on BlueMail has a custom name, description, and color. These elements help you quickly identify the account in various screens and features within BlueMail.
To view and edit these, go to Settings | Account Settings, then tap the account. You'll see your email address, protocol, and the following options:
- Name: The name presented when sending an email from this account.
- Description: The title used for your account when displayed in the Account Picker.
- Account Color: The color used to identify this account throughout the app, with an option to revert to the default.
- Update Password: Update the password used to sign in to this account.
- Incoming/Outgoing Settings: View or edit this account's server connection settings.
- Aliases: Add extra email addresses you can send from using this account.
- Folder Management: Map this account's folders to match your provider.
- Compose Sound: Choose the sound played when you send an email from this account.
- Always BCC: Automatically BCC yourself on every email you send from this account.
- Always show CC/BCC in Compose (toggle): Show the CC/BCC fields by default when composing.
- Plain Text Only (toggle): Send emails as plain text instead of rich text.
- Enable Read Receipt (toggle): Request a read receipt by default for every email you send.
- Mark as read when opened (toggle): Automatically mark a message as read when you open it.
- Sending Headers Style: Choose how the original message is quoted when replying.
- Advanced: Additional advanced settings for this account.
- Blocked Senders: View or edit senders and domains blocked for this account.
- Offline Storage: Choose how many days of email to keep available offline.
- Remove Account: Remove the account from BlueMail.
