New accounts start with a short BlueMail signature, and it is yours to remove or replace. Signatures are set per account, so a work address can carry your full details while a personal one sends nothing at all.
Go to Settings | Signature, then choose the account you want to change.
If the screen says Built with the Signature Generator, the signature came from the Signature Generator: turn off Signature footer to drop the BlueMail line, or tap Write my own instead to get the editor back.
Turning It Off Completely
Tap into the signature body, select everything in it and delete it, then tap Save. An empty signature is the way to send none at all: nothing is appended to mail from that account from then on.
Replacing It With Your Own
Clear the default text the same way, write whatever you would like to send instead, and tap Save. Or let the Signature Generator build one from your details.
Choosing When It Travels
Add signature to decides which messages carry your signature, not whether you have one. It offers Every message, New messages only, and New messages and first reply. Narrowing it is how you keep a signature off replies and forwards, but every setting still sends something, so clearing the body is what stops it entirely.
The default reads Get BlueMail for Mobile on a phone or tablet. On a computer it names the platform you are using, so it appears as Get BlueMail for Windows, for Mac, or for Desktop on Linux. Whichever you see, clearing it works the same way.
